David Harris
David Harris

Clinical Director and Physiotherapist

David is highly qualified in manipulative therapy, sports and orthopaedic rehabilitation. David has been a local in the West End for over 14 years and actively working as a Physiotherapist for over 19 years. He was trained in New Zealand and has experience working with elite athletes assessing them for muscular imbalances. He has worked for professional sports teams and been part of the New Zealand Health team for the Olympics and Commonwealth games. David has a strong reputation working in central London and works closely with Orthopaedic surgeons and GP’s in the area as well as strength and conditioning trainers which is what brought Oxford Circus Physiotherapy to fruition. David lectures part time and mentors PGd students. He specialises in spinal pain, sporting injuries, muscular imbalance and exercise prescription.

Zoe Jessop
Zoe Jessop

Physiotherapist

Since qualifying Zoe has worked in the UK and New Zealand in an NHS setting and in private practice treating sports related and work place injuries. She has trained and worked in clinical Pilates and rehabilitation, and worked with rugby clubs. She has also worked in film and the performing arts with dancers, and has taught ante-and post natal exercise classes. Zoe has a special interest in sports rehabilitation and the prevention of injury, work place injuries and pre and post natal conditioning of the core.

Nikaela Gilmer
Nikaela Gilmer

Physiotherapist

Nikaela trained in New Zealand gaining a Degree in Physiotherapy. Since then she has also completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Manual therapy and Advanced Dry Needling Qualifications. Nikaela has experience working with a wide range of people post-operatively, in sporting rehabilitation and work place injuries. In New Zealand she worked closely with High performance athletes including Rugby, Football, Netball and Triathlon. Her interests lie in musculoskeletal physiotherapy where she prefers a hands-on approach.

Gail Cameron
Gail Cameron

Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist

Gail graduated with a Sports Therapy degree from the University of North London and is qualified to the highest level in Sports and Remedial massage. Gail also loves to keep active and can often be found sneaking off to Cornwall at weekends for a surf, or training for a triathlon. As a therapist Gail adopts a very holistic approach and likes to target the source of discomfort rather than just treating the symptoms. Gail works closely with the Oxford Circus Physiotherapy team and individually tailors her treatments so that her clients can achieve optimum recovery and attain their health and sporting goals as soon as possible.

Rebecca Armstrong
Rebecca Armstrong

Physiotherapist

Rebecca is a New Zealand trained Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist. She qualified with a BHSc (Physiotherapy) from Auckland University of Technology. Her passion for musculoskeletal physiotherapy saw her working in a high performance sports clinic in New Zealand previously. Rebecca is trained in clinical Pilates and has a special interest in sports injuries with a focus on improving biomechanics and movement efficiency. She is a multi-sport and track athlete herself so enjoys working with runners and adventure sport type athlete’s. Her passion for sport and biomechanics has lead her to take on a multidimensional approach to rehabilitation.

Alice Barford
Alice Barford

Physiotherapist

Alice has spent a season in a ski resort in the French Alps. She has experience in treating acute sporting injuries as well as helping with management of longer term conditions and back pain. Alice is trained in clinical Pilates and utilises these skills to treat spinal conditions and building core stability for the treatment and prevention of injury. Alice has further training in spinal manipulation and utilises different manual techniques to aid in the recovery of her patients. She has interest in a wide range of conditions from sporting injuries to low back pain, whiplash and neck injuries.

Peter Menhinick
Peter Menhinick

Physiotherapist

Peter trained in New Zealand acquiring degree's in Physiotherapy and Sports and exercise science, as well as completing a Post Graduate Diploma in Sports and Exercise medicine. He then went on to complete a Post Graduate Certificate in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy, Dry Needling Qualifications and picked up experience working in a Sports and Pain Specialist Clinic. Peter has a background as a personal trainer and is an avid sportsman, competing in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and other combat sports while also enjoying a wide range of activities such as rock climbing and gymnastics. He has an in-depth knowledge of conditioning and rehabilitation while enjoying and valuing a hands on approach.

Office Manager

Louise is the friendly face you greet first when you come to see us. She is able to answer all of your questions regarding the process of booking appointments and what type of appointment is right for you. Nicole Parker
Nicole Parker

Physiotherapist

Nicole is an Australian qualified Physiotherapist and has recently moved to the UK with her husband. Throughout her career she has enjoyed working with a variety of clients in a private practice setting as well working with a number of sporting teams in Sydney. Nicole is matwork and equipment pilates trained with a focus on pregnancy pilates as well as general strengthening and rehabilitation. Nicole also has experience conducting ergonomic and workplace assessments. Her favourite aspect of being a physiotherapist is always being kept on her toes and enjoying the challenge of new and complex conditions.

Paula Rozenlauka
Paula Rozenlauka

Massage Therapist

Paula is a BSc graduate of Sports Rehabilitation and currently working towards her MSc at King’s College London to become a Physiotherapist. She has gained a wide range of knowledge and hands-on skills while working with rugby clubs in SW London and practising sports massage in clinical settings over the last 3 years. As an ex-competitive rower, Paula believes that massage treatment can greatly complement one’s training routine or injury recovery. And as a therapist, she prioritises high-standard care by focusing on clients’ individual needs.
