Elizabeth Decoine
Physiotherapist
Elizabeth is a physiotherapist with a strong academic and practical background. She enjoys
working together with patients to help achieve their goals through exercise, education, health
advice, and manual therapy. Elizabeth studied an undergraduate degree in Biomedical
Sciences with Health, Exercise and Nutrition, which developed her understanding of the
human body and sparked an interest to pursue a master’s degree in Physiotherapy at King’s
College London. She developed a particular passion for musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy, treating a wide range of acute and sporting injuries as well as managing long-term conditions, focusing on a personalised and holistic rehabilitation approach.
Alongside her clinical work, movement has always been a central part of Elizabeth’s life. She
danced her way through childhood before turning to running in her early twenties. She has
completed a half marathon and having experienced injuries herself, understands the physical
and psychological challenges of recovery. Elizabeth is also the Women’s XI team
physiotherapist for a Premier League hockey club, supporting athletes to perform and recover
at a competitive level. Elizabeth thoroughly enjoys working with all patients and uses her
sports massage and taping diplomas to supplement her day-to-day treatments.
